Registration Deadline: July 5, 2018 

IEEE members are required to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference. If they fail to do so, they would be required to pay the difference in fees before being allowed to participate at the conference.

The conference registration covers conference proceedings, conference kit, admission to all workshops & tutorials, coffee breaks, lunch and banquet. Accommodation is not included in the above registration fee. 

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. At least one author of an accepted paper is required to register at the full registration rate. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has also to be registered.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Substitutions or cancellations should be made in writing on or before 30 June 2018. Refunds will be subjected to an administrative charge to be borne by the registrant. Bank charges that occur will also have to be borne by the registrant. Registrants wishing to cancel may send someone to take their place without penalty if they send a written request with the replacement person's name to secretariat at least two weeks prior to the event start date. No refunds will be made for cancellation or no-show after 1st July 2018.
