Registration Deadline: November 30, 2023 (Hard Deadline)
 
The Conference uses the payment gateway- explara.com, which provides payment facility through credit card, debit card, and net banking. As explara.com is an Indian payment gateway, all registration fees will be shown and charged in Indian rupees. Our foreign authors or attendees may make a note of it. Upon completion of the registration, including payment, you will get a confirmation email with a payment receipt. For foreign authors and attendees, registration fees in USD will be mentioned.

Click on the Register > then select the registration type > select the quantity > Click on proceed> then you will be redirected to buyer form > please enter your Name, Email, and Mobile Number > and please uncheck the Checkmark >after you uncheck please click on proceed > then you will be redirected to Attendee Details > Please fill all the fields and accept the terms and > then click on Proceed, then you will be redirected to payment gateway > then click on Pay and select the way to complete the registration> you will be getting a confirmation email with the registered details.

Regular Authors: USD 250 + 18% GST
Full-Time Student Authors: USD 180 + 18% GST
Extra Paper Charges: USD 100 / paper + 18% GST (not eligible for separate registration kit)
Conference Attendee/Listener: USD 50 + 18% GST (not eligible for regular registration kit)
 
Host Country Fees (Exclusive of bank and service charges)
 
Regular Authors: INR 9000 + 18% GST
Full-Time Student Authors:  INR 7000 + 18% GST
Extra Paper Charges: INR 6000 / paper + 18% GST(not eligible for separate registration kit)
Conference Attendee/Listener: INR 2000 + 18% GST (not eligible for regular registration kit)
 
All banking and service charges MUST BE borne by the participants. At least one author of an accepted paper is required to register at the full registration rate. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has also to be registered. Registration fee and other privileges shall be the same for authors of both oral and poster presentation papers. Indian Nationals or Students residing in overseas have to pay foreign authors' registration rate only. When students (UG/PG Students/Full time Research/PhD Scholars) are coming for presentation, they have to produce (or upload) the original Student ID card and Bonafide certificate from the Head of the Institution/Department.
