Technology is evolving at a rapid pace today, enabling faster change and advancement and leading the rate of change to accelerate. Every day, new technology is developed to make life easier, more advanced, and better for everyone. It is expected that 5G will change the way we live and work in the future. By 2030, about 50 billion devices will be connected to the Internet. Natural language processing and machine learning advancements will make AI more prevalent. The combination of powerful voice and face recognition, vast identity databases, and powerful tracking will probably result in a new norm that might lead to a significant loss of privacy.

CoCoNet'23 aims to provide a venue for researchers, engineers, academics, and industry experts from all around the world to showcase their research findings and development efforts in Computing and Network Communications. The material is presented in a program of technical sessions, tutorials, posters, workshops, and plenary/keynote talks. Submitted papers will be reviewed by the technical committee of the conference. The conference has been indexed by Scopus, Web of Science and Ei Compendex. All accepted papers of CoCoNet'23 main tracks and co-affiliated Symposiums will be published in the conference proceedings. The conference is technically supported by IEEE Signal Processing Society Bangalore Chapter and IEEE Communications Society Bangalore Chapter

All accepted papers of CoCoNet'23 main tracks and co-affiliated Symposiums will be published by Springer in Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering (Scopus Indexed). The proceedings will be available via the SpringerLink digital library. The books of this series(proceedings) are submitted to ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, SCOPUS, MetaPress, Web of Science and Springerlink.

The Fifth International Conference on Computing and Network Communications (CoCoNet'23) will be held in Bengaluru (Bangalore), India on December 18-20, 2023.
